Primary-source first
For process, fees, requirements, offices, eligibility and digital services, we prioritize NBI.gov.ph, clearance.nbi.gov.ph, official NBI Citizen’s Charter pages and official government announcements.
Conflicting official sources
Government pages are not always updated at the same time. For example, the current NBI how-to page lists a ₱130 basic fee plus an e-payment service charge, while an older Citizen’s Charter page still displays legacy figures. When we find a conflict, we disclose it and point users to the live official system for the final transaction.
Last-verified dates
Important pages display a verification date. High-change topics such as fees, eGovPH and branches should be checked more often than stable background explanations.
Corrections
When we discover a material error, we update the relevant page and review linked pages that may repeat the same claim.
