The official NBI Clearance Application Portal is clearance.nbi.gov.ph. If you already have an account, sign in there. New users should use the Register section.
Protect your NBI account. Do not share your password, one-time password (OTP), ID scan or full account credentials with anyone offering “assistance.” NBI Clearance Help does not request or collect those details.
If you cannot log in
- Check that you are on the official NBI domain.
- Use the official recovery flow shown by the portal instead of a third-party reset form.
- Confirm access to the email address/mobile number linked to the account.
- If the problem appears to be an NBI system issue, use official NBI contact channels.
